OriGene tissue products
OriGene’s tissue products support cancer biomarker discovery, drug target validation, gene expression studies and histological analysis. The broad variety of tissue types and disease states available enables researchers to study disease mechanisms in relevant biological contexts.
Tissue Blocks
OriGene provides a wide variety of human and animal tissue samples, available as fresh frozen or FFPE (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded) blocks. These tissue samples come from normal, diseased, cancerous and rare tissue types, supporting diverse research areas such as oncology, neuroscience, immunology and infectious diseases.
- Frozen Tissue Blocks: Fresh frozen tissue blocks preserve nucleic acids and proteins in near-native states, ideal for molecular analyses like RNA sequencing, proteomics and Western blotting.
- FFPE Tissue Blocks: FFPE samples are fixed in formalin and embedded in paraffin wax, providing excellent tissue morphology preservation for histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH). They are widely used for clinical and translational research.

Tissue Microarrays (TMAs)
OriGene offers pre-made and custom tissue microarrays, which allow simultaneous analysis of dozens to hundreds of tissue cores on a single slide. TMAs are especially useful for high-throughput biomarker screening and comparative studies across multiple tissue types or disease states.

Nucleic Acids and Protein Extracts
