Exazym®: Ultra-Sensitive, Easy to Implement, Quick Results
Exazym®™ is an easy-to-implement add-on reagent built on an innovative detection approach known as Binding Oligo Ladder Detection, or BOLD. This method uses a primer linked to the secondary antibody, which, in combination with a polymerase, synthesises a DNA/RNA hybrid strand. Through this mechanism, BOLD can boost immunoassay signals by up to 100-fold using well-established molecular biology principles. The technology is widely compatible with various immunoassay formats and does not rely on specific instrumentation. The additional amplification step is carried out at 20°C to 37°C, making BOLD particularly well suited for assays involving temperature-sensitive antibodies and ligands.
