The rapidly spreading omicron variant (Pango lineage B.1.1.529) has been classified by WHO as a variant of concern (VOC) due to risks of potential immune escape, increased transmissibility, reduction in vaccine effectiveness, as well as increased risk for re-infections when compared to the Delta variant.

We now offer omicron variant recombinant spike protein and nucleoprotein-derived reagents for research, as well as potential antibodies for the omicron variant.

Antibodies for Omicron variant research

Our suppliers offer a wide range of antibodies whose immunogens do not contain any Omicron mutation sites, thus making them ideal reagents for studies of this variant. The following antibodies may detect the Omicron VOC spike protein based on immunogen sequence analysis.
