Lubio is pleased to announce the launch of the Antibody Promise, a new commitment created to give researchers across Switzerland greater confidence when purchasing antibodies for their research.
As part of the broader Europa Biosite group initiative, the Antibody Promise reflects Lubios continued commitment to providing high-quality research reagents backed by scientific expertise and carefully selected supplier partnerships. Under the Antibody Promise, Lubio will refund, replace or exchange any antibody purchased directly from the company that does not perform as described in the manufacturer's datasheet, subject to the programme's terms and conditions.
Antibodies continue to be essential tools across life science research, from fundamental biological studies to translational research and drug discovery. However, choosing the right antibody can still present a significant challenge, with researchers frequently encountering issues related to performance, reproducibility and validation. If an antibody fails to deliver the expected results, the consequences can include project delays, additional costs and valuable time spent troubleshooting experiments.
The Antibody Promise has been introduced to help minimise this risk. By combining access to antibodies from leading global manufacturers with Lubios experienced scientific support team, researchers in Switzerland can purchase with greater confidence, knowing that expert advice is available both before and after their purchase.

Researchers in Switzerland will continue to benefit from expert technical support for antibody selection, experimental design and troubleshooting throughout their research projects.

Terms & Conditions
We are committed to supplying high-quality antibodies from trusted manufacturers. If an antibody purchased from Lubio does not perform as stated in the applicable product datasheet, we will work with you to find a solution, including replacement, exchange, credit or refund, where appropriate.
The Lubio Antibody Promise applies to catalogue antibody products purchased directly from Lubio.
To qualify for the Antibody Promise:
- The antibody must have been stored and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the relevant product datasheet.
- A claim must be submitted within 12 months of product delivery, or before the product expiry date where applicable, whichever occurs first.
If the antibody has not performed as stated on the relevant datasheet, we will either;
- replace the product at no charge.
- exchange the product for an alternative antibody of equivalent value.
- issue a credit.
- provide a full refund.
The most appropriate remedy will be determined in consultation with the customer.
Exclusions
- The Antibody Promise does not apply to custom-made antibodies.
- The Antibody Promise is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
