Join us for an insightful webinar on high-sensitivity multiplex spatial biomarker detection with user-defined panels, and discover how to unlock deeper, more precise biological insights.
MUSE makes multiplex IF easy by amplifying every target simultaneously, so workflow complexity and turnaround time do not increase with plex. Researchers can build their own MUSE panels using preferred antibodies with immunoMUSE Activate & Amplify kits.
In this session, Simon Restrepo, Co-founder and CSO of arcoris bio AG, will guide us through the MUSE technology and how it makes multiplex biomarker detection easier and more robust. He will also showcase oncology applications and relevant biomarker targets, demonstrating how MUSE can support spatial analysis in cancer research.
Viktor Beilmann, University of Zürich, will join Simon, presenting a compelling application example: Enhanced Detection of Kynurenine Aminotransferase II (KATII) in the Mouse Prefrontal Cortex Using MUSE Signal Amplification. He will show how MUSE significantly improved detection of the low-abundance protein KATII in mouse prefrontal cortex tissue sections compared with conventional secondary-antibody detection.
