The combination of our BacMam delivery system with LanthaScreen® TR-FRET technology offers an HTS-compatible assay platform for measuring post-translational modifications in a variety of cellular backgrounds.

Our BacMam Histone Cellular Assay Kits allow you to choose the protein modification that corresponds to your enzyme of interest in your cell background. For example, look for inhibitors of histone methyl transferases or demethylases by monitoring the methylation site on histone H3 that corresponds to your enzyme of interest.
