New TP53INP2 & GABARAP Antibodies

TP53INP2 antibody (catalog# NBP1-71704) & GABARAP antibody (catalog# NBP1-71771)

Novus Biologicals announced new antibodies to TP53INP2 (NBP1-71704) and GABARAP
(NBP1-71771) for use in autophagy research.

Tumor Protein 53-Induced Nuclear Protein 2 (TP53INP2) is thought to be a scaffold protein which translocates from the nucleus to autophagosomes during preparation for autophagy. TP53INP2 binds LC3-related proteins, including GABARAP and VMP1. Research has shown that both TP53INP2 and GABARAP are required for autophagy in mammalian cells.

These new antibodies have been validated for use in immunofluorescence staining on human and mouse samples. However, we also offer an Innovator’s Reward™ Program for testing in novel species and applications.
