New TP53INP2 & GABARAP Antibodies
TP53INP2 antibody (catalog# NBP1-71704) & GABARAP antibody (catalog# NBP1-71771) Novus Biologicals announced new antibodies to TP53INP2 (NBP1-71704) and GABARAP (NBP1-71771) for use in autophagy research. Tumor Protein 53-Induced Nuclear Protein 2 (TP53INP2) is thought to be a scaffold protein which translocates from the nucleus to autophagosomes during preparation for autophagy. TP53INP2 binds LC3-related proteins, including GABARAP and VMP1. Research has shown that both TP53INP2 and GABARAP are required for autophagy in mammalian cells.
