Six New Apoptosis Antibodies

Apoptosis is a critical response to cellular stress or damage, necessary for the proper development and maintenance of any multicellular organism. Over the past 20 years, apoptotic regulation has increasingly become an important area of study for everything from stem cell differentiation to cancer suppression.

Novus is committed to supplying top quality reagents for apoptosis studies. Therefore, we are proud to announce the release of six new apoptosis related antibodies for Western blot analysis and immunostaining procedures.

IHC Image of Notch1

IF Image of IGF1 Receptor

Immunofluorescence stain of HeLa cells using Survivin 8E2 antibody (NB500-644) with a FITC (green) secondary. Nuclei were counterstained with Dapi (blue).

Immunohistochemistry stain of human kidney carcinoma tissue using Notch1 Antibody
(NBP1-78292)with DAB visualization and ahematoxylin counterstain.

Immunofluorescence stain of A431 cells using IGF1 Receptor Antibody (NBP1-77679) with a FITC (green) secondary. Nuclei and actin were counterstained with Dapi (blue) and Phalloidin (red).

WB Image of IGF1 Receptor

IHC Image of BNIP3L

IF Image of TGF beta 1

Western Blot analysis of 1) HeLa, 2) HIH/3T3, 3) SK-BR-3, and 4) COS7 cell lysates using IGF1 Receptor Antibody
(NBP1-77680).

Immunohistochemistry stain of mouse prostate tissue using BNIP3L Antibody (NBP1-78264) with DAB visualization and ahematoxylin counterstain.

Immunofluorescence stain of HepG2 cells using TGF beta 1 antibody (NBP1-78398) with a FITC(green) secondary. Nuclei were counterstained with Dapi (blue).
