BNIP3 Antibody
BNIP3 Antibody (catalog# NBP1-77683) Novus Biologicals announced today a new BNIP3 Antibody (NBP1-77683) for use as a mitochondrial marker and in transcription regulation research. BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19 kd-interacting protein 3 (BNIP3) is a mitochondrial dimer protein responsible for protecting cells from viral-induced cell death. The BNIP3 protein also acts as a pro-apoptotic factor due to its BH3 domain. Our new BNIP3 specific antibody will serve as a useful mitochondrial marker, as well as a tool for viral resistance and apoptosis research. Novus’ new BNIP3 Antibody (NBP1-77683) has been validated for use in Western blot and immunostaining on human samples. However, we also offer an Innovator’s Reward™ Program for testing in novel species and applications.
